Junior Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Analytics Specialist to investigate client web analytics data and help shape our understanding of website performance. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with data across the marketing funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client website data and generate reports using Google Sheets, Google Analytics 4 and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce.
• Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Gather requirements from project managers and tailor reports to specific client needs.
• Maintain a centralized repository of reports to ensure documentation is current.
• Spot optimization opportunities and recommend A/B testing ideas based on data insights.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Quick learner able to adapt to a variety of client tools.
• Strong attention to detail and solid data‑literacy.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in analytics (or equivalent academic background) is a plus.
