Creative Strategist

About the role

Medialicious’ marketing team drives growth through a data‑centric, channel‑agnostic approach. The Creative Strategist will turn insights and trends into high‑performing creative concepts that fuel user acquisition across a portfolio of social gaming brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies for paid social on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and beyond.
• Write scripts, hooks, calls‑to‑action and storyboards for short‑form video ads that capture attention.
• Build creative briefs informed by audience insights, performance data and platform trends.
• Partner with Paid Social, Design, Motion and Influencer teams to bring ideas to life and iterate based on results.
• Support A/B testing by creating creative variations and identifying winning themes.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate brainstorming, copywriting and concept development.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in creative strategy, content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, social content or video concepts.
• Hands‑on experience writing scripts, storyboards or briefs for short‑form content.
• Solid understanding of TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
• Naturally curious, trend‑aware and comfortable translating data into creative decisions.
• Experience within the gaming industry; AI‑tool experience (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) is a plus.
