Part-Time Social Media Manager (SMM)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and motivated part‑time Social Media Manager to lead our digital channels and increase brand awareness both locally and internationally. The role will focus on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, working with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive SMM strategy across all four platforms.
• Create high‑quality, creative content including copy, graphics and video.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit TikTok and Instagram Reels, with occasional on‑site filming.
• Produce professional B2B content for LinkedIn in English.
• Monitor engagement metrics and deliver monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven social media management experience (portfolio required).
• Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels algorithms.
• Basic to intermediate video‑editing abilities.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
