Marketing Coordinator

About the role

ASBIS is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities across its gaming portfolio in the EMEA region. The role works closely with international teams, leading gaming brands, retail partners, vendors and agencies to deliver campaigns, product launches, events and promotional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, campaigns, product launches and promotions across EMEA.
• Coordinate projects with local ASBIS teams, retail partners, vendors and external agencies, ensuring alignment on timelines, budgets and reporting.
• Act as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners for smooth implementation of initiatives.
• Manage development, localisation and distribution of marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Track project timelines, follow‑ups and ensure delivery on schedule.
• Monitor in‑store and online brand presence across partner channels.
• Support trade marketing activities, retail activations and joint campaigns with partners.
• Coordinate gaming events, sponsorships, ambassador programmes and community engagement.
• Work with influencers and content creators on reviews, campaign activities and performance tracking.
• Assist PR and communication activities, including press releases and media outreach.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, Trade Marketing or similar role.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, promotions or product launches.
• Familiarity with marketing reporting, budget tracking and campaign performance monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
