About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our hotel team in Batumi. This is an entry‑level position designed for a motivated individual who wants to start a career in human resources within the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and record keeping.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
