Recruitment Intern – Gain International HR Experience

About the role

Blackmont Consulting is seeking motivated students or recent graduates to join as Recruitment Interns. The 3‑month unpaid internship offers hands‑on experience in the full recruitment cycle within an international, remote organisation. Full onboarding and training are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Publish job advertisements on LinkedIn.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
• Coordinate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct structured interviews and prepare evaluation reports.
• Submit candidate documentation to the Recruitment Team Lead for hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet monthly objectives, averaging about 5 hours of work per week.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Highly motivated student or graduate (up to 2 years post‑graduation) seeking practical recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
