Product Consultant – HR SaaS Implementation

About the role

PrismHR is seeking a Product Consultant to join its Professional Services Team. You will lead new customer implementations and provide expert guidance on PrismHR’s payroll, benefits and HR solutions for PEOs, ASOs and staffing firms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship, understand business requirements and advise on best‑practice implementation of PrismHR solutions.
• Document requirements, create functional design documents and manage Statements of Work.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.
• Independently manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to design and execute complex merges and customer processes.
• Deliver presentations remotely and in‑person at PrismHR and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience with PEO/ASO/Staffing, payroll and implementation software.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes.
• Strong technical inclination and a continuous‑learning mindset.
