About the role

As a Healthcare Customer Support Agent you will assist patients, healthcare providers and insurance companies with payment‑related questions, resolve issues and ensure smooth communication. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Georgia while supporting leading U.S. healthcare organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, providers and insurers to clarify and resolve payment issues.
• Verify that accurate information is exchanged and payments are processed correctly.
• Maintain clear, organized records of all interactions.
• Identify and suggest improvements to payment processes.
• Provide high‑quality support and help resolve problems efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency (B2+ level) with clear, professional communication.
• Experience in customer support, healthcare or insurance is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking ability to handle multiple conversations.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can find solutions quickly.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
