Guest Experience Lead – Contract until Jan 2027

About the role

The Guest Experience Lead ensures every guest receives a high‑quality in‑store experience by delivering technical product education and embodying the brand’s values. As a member of the store leadership team, this role drives floor performance, supports team achievement of sales targets, and acts as Supervisor on Duty when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the lululemon guest experience framework on the floor, providing inclusive and technical product education to each guest.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, assessing and fulfilling business, team, and guest needs dynamically.
• Prepare the store for guest readiness, maintain operational excellence, and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Analyze daily business data to track sales progress and motivate the team toward results.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to develop team performance.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer‑experience experience.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
