FX Retention Agent – Spanish Speaker (Tbilisi, Georgia)

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking FX Retention Agent to join our fast‑growing foreign exchange team in Tbilisi. You will be responsible for keeping existing clients engaged, handling hot leads and driving revenue through effective retention strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing FX clients to understand their needs and prevent churn.
• Manage hot leads and close retention deals with confidence.
• Achieve monthly sales and retention targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the broader sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
• At least six months of experience in FX retention or a similar sales role (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to close deals.
• Willingness to relocate to Georgia immediately or already based in the country.
