About the role
The Educator role is the foundation of our store’s success, delivering world‑class guest experiences, product education and authentic community connection.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with guests to deliver a great experience and provide product education.
- Process transactions and support omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store and phone sales.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking, organizing merchandise and performing cleaning tasks.
- Gather guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
Required profile
- Legally authorized to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work in a bright, loud environment and lift boxes up to 30 lb.
