Eurasia Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator for 500 Eurasia will design and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, grow the startup community across the EECCA region, and attract high‑quality program applicants. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and foster the startup ecosystem in the EECCA region.
• Create and manage content calendars, producing materials that align with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise campaigns and deliverables.
• Design, launch, and analyse targeted email campaigns using performance data.
• Plan, execute, and monitor social‑media initiatives to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Maintain website content and functionality to ensure a compelling user experience.
• Coordinate event marketing activities, including masterclasses and networking sessions, to maximise attendance and impact.
• Track and report on marketing metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage public‑relations efforts, such as drafting press releases and aligning communication timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, social media, and campaign execution.
• At least 2 years of experience in event marketing and coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices for lead generation.
