Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers is seeking a proactive Corporate Sales Manager to drive business development and strengthen relationships with corporate clients. You will play a key part in achieving the hotel’s commercial objectives by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key account relationships and communicate regularly with corporate clients.
• Prospect new accounts, conduct meetings, pitches, site visits and distribute sales collateral to meet targets.
• Negotiate and secure new and repeat business through calls, site inspections, events and other sales activities.
• Organise familiarisation trips, site visits and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare contracts in line with the hotel’s strategy and market conditions.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as reporting, forecasting and account development plans.
• Implement sales strategies to optimise room occupancy and maximise revenue.
• Engage with local community, attend networking events and analyse month‑end performance reports.
