Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

Heritage Inn of Barnesville is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its resident‑care team. You will work in a supportive, mission‑driven environment where every day is focused on delivering dignified, person‑centered care to our community members.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient‑focused care while maintaining residents’ dignity and safety.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote independence.
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality care.
• Foster a respectful and positive atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.

Required profile

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for serving others.
• Prior long‑term care experience is preferred but not required.
