About the role

The Automotive Sales Consultant works in a showroom environment, balancing sales targets with exceptional customer service while maintaining high ethical standards. The role involves guiding customers through the vehicle selection, purchase or leasing process, and ensuring a positive post‑sale experience.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to customers, assess their lifestyle, budget and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Greet and engage customers promptly, provide clear communication throughout the sales journey, and build lasting relationships.
• Explain vehicle features, technologies, and advantages, and detail the purchase or leasing steps.
• Conduct test drives, negotiate pricing and financing terms, and close sales while meeting targets.
• Generate and respond to inquiries via phone, email or online channels, and manage leads efficiently.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately, including contracts, financing paperwork and vehicle registration.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer, ensuring they understand its operation and feel valued.
• Maintain showroom policies, professional appearance, and continuous product knowledge.
• Collaborate with finance, service and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher education qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Communicative, detail‑oriented, organized, and results‑driven.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of new and pre‑owned vehicles, including specifications and technologies.
• Strong sales, negotiation and lead‑management abilities.
• Accurate documentation and record‑keeping skills.
