Account Manager – Consumer & Business Sales

About the role

Epson is looking for an Account Manager to lead consumer and business sales development across Georgia and Armenia. You will work with distributors, retailers, e‑commerce partners and resellers to grow revenue, market share and long‑term relationships for the full Epson portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage designated distributors, retailers, online partners and resellers, promoting the complete Epson consumer product range.
• Achieve sales, revenue, profitability and market‑share targets through account and joint‑business plans.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor inventory, sell‑out performance and overall channel health.
• Build strong relationships, negotiate commercial terms, provide product training and resolve partner issues.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans with partners, supporting promotions, in‑store activations and online campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline; analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular sales reports, business reviews and coordinate with finance, supply‑chain, customer service and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in electronics, IT or printing/projection sales.
• Proven account management and channel‑sales expertise, including work with distributors and tender participation.
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Fluent in Russian and English; Georgian and/or Armenian language skills are a plus.
