Uniform Specialist

About the role

Evolution Georgia is looking for a Uniform Specialist to manage daily uniform services for its studios and offices. The role ensures that all employees have appropriate attire, that stock is well‑maintained, and that uniform processes meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Order, issue, replace, clean and monitor wear‑and‑tear of uniforms.
• Perform regular inventory checks and keep storage areas tidy.
• Coordinate with Evolution Academy and HR to provide uniforms for new hires and collect them from departing staff.
• Develop and deliver new uniform designs.
• Supply uniform stock to the Studio Desk promptly.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Gather and analyse data related to uniform usage.
• Participate in newcomer training sessions.
• Cover colleagues during vacations or sick leave as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary education.
• Professional proficiency in English and Georgian (written and spoken); Russian is a plus.
• Experience with standard software applications such as MS Office and Windows.
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• Strong business communication, sales and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of customer service principles.
• Interest in fashion and ability to follow trends.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and analytical skills.
