About the role

We are looking for a manager to lead the Human Capital Management, Policy and Operations team at TBC Bank. The role oversees employee lifecycle processes, policy administration and benefits management, ensuring compliance and analytical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage human capital operations, including hiring, rotations, structural changes, and terminations.
• Develop, update and consult on internal and external HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee disciplinary actions and compliance with internal regulations.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and position classification systems, including performance evaluation processes.
• Manage various benefit programs such as insurance and support initiatives, driving updates and improvements.
• Prepare annual and other reports in English and Georgian.
• Participate in testing and improvement of the core payroll system implementation.
• Continuously develop analytical capabilities within the human capital function.
• Execute managerial tasks promptly and accurately.
• When required, handle compensation changes, bonus calculations and related reporting.

Required profile

• Higher education in sociology, psychology or business administration.
• Experience in HR administration.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Banking experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
