Human Capital Leader

About the role

The Human Capital Leader drives people strategies that align with PwC’s business objectives in Georgia. Reporting to senior leadership, the role oversees the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition to performance management, compensation, learning, and engagement—while acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into workforce plans and advise leaders on HR policies and employee relations.
• Lead employer branding, university relations, recruitment marketing and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Oversee onboarding and induction programmes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Administer employment documentation, maintain personnel records and manage leave data in Workday.
• Plan headcount, budgeting and oversee salary and bonus administration in line with compensation frameworks.
• Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback and reviews.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, track training attendance and ensure compliance with PwC policies.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyse results and organise staff events such as celebrations and away days.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, including HR generalist or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Georgian labour legislation and HR administration practices.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English and Georgian, with high discretion handling confidential information.
