Recruitment Coordinator / Administrator

About the role

Join B2Spin’s fast‑moving talent acquisition team as a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator. You will keep the recruitment engine humming by managing ATS platforms, ensuring data quality, and delivering clear TA reports so the team can focus on hiring great people.

Key responsibilities

• Administer multiple ATS systems (including Ashby), maintaining clean pipelines, accurate data, and up‑to‑date requisitions.
• Develop Ashby automations, workflows, and documentation to reduce manual effort.
• Manage the global candidate database, ensuring GDPR compliance and high‑quality talent pools.
• Produce regular reports on pipeline activity, time‑to‑hire, and source effectiveness for stakeholders.
• Maintain job templates, recruitment trackers, and shared documentation on‑brand and user‑friendly.
• Support TA projects end‑to‑end, coordinating timelines, stakeholder input, and rollout of new tools.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ATS administration and pipeline hygiene in a busy recruitment operation.
• Ability to work with data and create clear, actionable reports for non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record managing candidate databases with strong GDPR and privacy awareness.
• Comfortable juggling multiple systems and producing process documentation.
• Direct communicator who thrives in a remote‑first, fast‑paced environment.
