Russian Quality Assurance Lead

About the role

This remote, hourly contractor position involves leading quality assurance for Russian AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated Russian content meets high standards of accuracy, fluency, cultural appropriateness and adherence to detailed rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Russian items, identify quality issues and provide feedback through Discord direct messages.
• Update trainers and QAs on new guidelines, project changes and quality expectations.
• Respond to questions about Russian wording, grammar, tone, cultural context and edge cases.
• Activate inactive contributors, track follow‑ups and flag availability problems.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as style guides, FAQs, trackers and onboarding materials.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Russian proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent English to follow guidelines and communicate feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Russian writing, editing, translation, localization or content QA.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators or reviewers.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized and comfortable using remote collaboration tools.

• Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics and identify linguistic issues.
