Valuations Senior Consultant

About the role

As a Valuations Senior Consultant at PwC, you will lead high‑quality valuation engagements across diverse industries. You will work closely with managers and senior team members to deliver insightful, data‑driven valuation advice that supports client decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Apply valuation methodologies to businesses, assets, and financial instruments.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuation calculations, and supporting analyses.
• Conduct client, industry, market, and comparable company research.
• Support the preparation of valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Assist in client meetings and communicate findings clearly and professionally.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, pitch materials, and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, transaction services, audit, or financial advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, or progress toward certification are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
