Junior Data Analyst (Finance Analytics team)

About the role

As a Junior Data Analyst in the Finance Analytics team you will turn raw data into actionable answers for the business. You will support the finance department with ad‑hoc requests, build dashboards, and collaborate with finance, commercial, marketing and product stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and prepare data using SQL, including joins, window functions, CTEs and data‑quality checks.
• Maintain and improve existing reporting and reconciliation scripts.
• Check data quality and explain the meaning of the numbers to non‑technical audiences.
• Research unit economics, plan‑vs‑actual analysis and build data marts.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Metabase.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, marketing and product teams to deliver insights.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months of hands‑on experience in data analytics, consulting or a finance‑related role (internships count).
• Confident SQL skills, including joins, window functions, CTEs and aggregations.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau or Metabase).
• Strong Excel abilities – lookups, array formulas, pivot tables and charting.
• Understanding of key business metrics such as GMV, ARPU, margin, conversion and revenue.
• English at B2 level or higher and ability to work in GMT+3 time zone.
