Accountant (SAP B1) – Manufacturing & Services

About the role

Qspeed Robotics seeks an experienced accountant to manage all finance and tax operations while the company transitions to SAP Business One. The role reports to the Financial Manager and supports both domestic and international activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounting transactions in SAP B1 (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and run parallel accounting during the transition period.
• Prepare and execute domestic and international payments via electronic banking.
• Post inventory, purchase, and material‑usage transactions; record cost allocations to business lines and cost centres.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing entries, reconciliations, and tax declarations (VAT, Withholding, Pension, Profit Tax) through the rs.ge portal.
• Issue electronic tax invoices and waybills, ensuring synchronization between SAP and the Revenue Service.
• Manage multi‑currency transactions (GEL, EUR, USD, etc.) and record exchange‑rate gains/losses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and provide documentation for external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fluent Georgian and good command of English.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or project‑based companies.
• Solid experience with the rs.ge portal for tax declarations and electronic invoicing.

Required skills

• SAP Business One (ERP) – strong hands‑on experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations).
• Proficiency with the rs.ge tax portal.
