Travel Sales Specialist – US Clients

About the role

Voyagu is expanding its operations to Tbilisi and seeks a Travel Sales Specialist to serve premium U.S. travelers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients looking to book business or first‑class flights, helping them save on airfare while delivering a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads from U.S. travelers who have requested premium flight options.
• Qualify prospects, advise on the best travel solutions, and close sales.
• Build long‑term relationships and become the trusted travel advisor for each client.
• Collaborate with a small team of agents and a team leader to meet sales targets.
• Provide exceptional post‑booking support and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Fluent, confident English (C1+), capable of communicating with demanding U.S. clients.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and comfortable working night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. time zones.
