Sr. Manager, Operations

About the role

The Sr. Manager, Operations leads multiple large‑scale warehousing and distribution operations, overseeing the development of company products and ensuring efficient end‑to‑end logistics. This role is responsible for aligning operational performance with customer requirements and company financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distribution‑center business plans, including P&L, programs and customer requirements.
• Establish production and quality‑control standards, budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate processing activities across functions and suppliers to optimise resource utilisation.
• Review operational reports and resolve production or maintenance issues to minimise costs and delays.
• Lead and supervise managers of special projects, shipping & receiving, packing, order processing, routing, inventory, auditing and customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.
• Five to ten years of relevant experience, including P&L responsibility.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong supervisory experience overseeing multiple functional teams.
