About the role

We are looking for a Specialist Project Management Office to support our Project Managers and cross‑functional teams in delivering clinical research projects efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, compliance, and collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the wider PMO team.
• Manage and enhance project management tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Track and coordinate clinical trial agreement activities with internal stakeholders to support timely project delivery.
• Coordinate training initiatives and assist in developing training materials and resources.
• Maintain project management systems, support project setup activities, and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Work experience in clinical research.
• Strong attention to detail, self‑organization, and collaboration skills.
• Competency with procedural documentation and technical solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with clinical trial management systems.
• Experience with document management systems.
