About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, patient‑centered care in a clinical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence‑based practices and critical thinking.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision‑making.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support professional development by completing ongoing competencies, mentoring, and serving as a preceptor.
• Advance evidence‑based practice and research, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.
• Proactively plan care across the continuum, develop protocols, and optimize resource use.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree.
• Current RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum five years of RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced environment and respond to emergencies calmly and decisively.
