Social Media Manager

About the role

Vako Motors is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to shape its online presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop engaging content, run digital campaigns, and support the brand’s growth in Georgia’s commercial vehicle market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly content ideas and communication calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
• Create copy, publish posts and manage daily activity on all social media accounts.
• Prepare creative briefs for designers and coordinate the production of visual assets.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Conceptualise, film and edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and similar platforms.
• Analyse performance of social channels, ad campaigns and the company website using GA4 and produce regular reports.
• Maintain and update website and online store content.
• Monitor competitors, customer behaviour and digital‑marketing trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social‑media management.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, from planning to optimisation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and basic SEO principles.
• Experience managing website or e‑commerce content.
• Hands‑on ability to film and edit short‑form video content.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
