Recruitment Marketing Lead – Evolution Georgia

About the role

Evolution Georgia is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Lead to own and grow its employer brand, attract qualified talent and position the company as an employer of choice. You will design and execute multi‑channel recruitment campaigns and work closely with business leaders to solve talent challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead end‑to‑end recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid and earned media.
• Partner with Recruitment, Operations and business leaders to identify talent needs and create employer‑brand solutions.
• Plan, direct creative execution, manage budgets and track KPIs for each campaign.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies and external partners to extend talent reach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and candidate behaviour, turning insights into new initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑channel campaigns from strategy through evaluation.
• Strong English and Georgian language skills and ability to work with data‑driven KPIs.
• Excellent project‑ and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• SEM/SEO knowledge and experience with digital acquisition channels.
