Employer Branding Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Employer Branding Manager to own and drive our employer branding initiatives across content, PR, events, social media, and internal communications. You will shape a consistent brand voice, storytelling and support recruitment and culture projects in collaboration with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent employer brand voice, messaging and storytelling across internal and external channels.
• Create and manage employer branding content for LinkedIn and other platforms in partnership with the Social Media team.
• Partner with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment campaigns and employer brand positioning.
• Collaborate with PR to ensure employer branding is reflected in external communications, media opportunities and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Support and coordinate employer branding activities at industry events, conferences, career fairs and internal initiatives.
• Lead and host employer brand content formats such as employee spotlights, interviews, podcasts, webinars and video series.
• Track, analyse and report on employer branding performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications or related fields.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Fluent English (C1–C2) written and spoken.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other employer branding channels.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting video or webinar formats.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and consistency.
