Project Manager – Client‑Facing Role in A/B Testing

About the role

The Project Manager is a client‑facing role at the centre of Spiralyze’s A/B testing operations, coordinating teams to deliver high‑impact experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordination: manage cross‑functional teams of 5–10 people, ensure tests move from idea to launch, spot risks early and unblock teams.
• Strategy & Planning: build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 experiments, communicate the “why”, set expectations and walk clients through progress and results.
• Energy (“Vibes”): act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, bring clarity, positivity and momentum, keep people focused when things get busy.

Required profile

• Organization and diligence: love systems, checklists and timelines, front‑load work and see tasks through to completion.
• Communication: over‑communicate, proactively reach out to clients and teammates, flag risks early and ask for help when needed.
• Smart and high agency: quick learner, enjoys technology and design, asks good questions and notices patterns.
