About the role

We are looking for a Service Expert to join the Installments and Distribution Development team at TBC Bank. You will contribute to the strategic growth of the bank by improving service standards and supporting innovative digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential sales channels and prepare proposals.
• Conduct daily sales analysis and plan relevant campaigns.
• Monitor profitability and revenue, and address product issues.
• Prepare reports and process information.
• Maintain close communication with retail loan, payment systems, marketing and risk departments.
• Discover new market segments and support product implementation.
• Plan qualification sales campaigns.
• Process and analyse large data sets using tools such as Excel, Genie or other AI platforms.
• Analyze business processes and apply knowledge of banking products.

Required profile

• Experience interacting with merchants.
• High motivation, responsibility and strong communication skills.
• Good analytical abilities and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Energetic, organized and ready for challenges and innovations.
