Senior User Acquisition Manager – Facebook (Web & App)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead Facebook campaigns for our core dating portfolio, focusing on the US and other Tier‑1 markets. The role is fully remote and combines hands‑on campaign execution with strategic channel leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Facebook UA for web and app funnels across products such as Dating.com and DateMyAge.
• Plan, launch, optimise and scale campaigns with monthly budgets of $200k‑$300k+.
• Maintain account and Business Manager structures, tracking, domains, whitelists and payment flows.
• Run a structured creative testing loop: hypothesis, iteration, learning and scaling.
• Develop and implement automation rules, scripts and integrations with third‑party tools.
• Document best practices to ensure reliable channel scaling.

Required profile

• Proven senior hands‑on experience managing Facebook UA for web/B2C products in the US and other Tier‑1 markets.
• Budget ownership of $100k+/month (ideally $200k+/month) with strong performance focus on CPA, ROAS and LTV.
• Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads best practices, structure, bidding, measurement and troubleshooting.
• Ability to balance execution (70‑80%) with channel leadership (20‑30%).
• Experience with automation and AI‑driven creative iteration workflows.
