Senior Operations Analyst

About the role

Join Glovo’s Georgia Operations team as a Senior Operations Analyst, turning courier and partner data into actionable decisions that keep the marketplace running smoothly. You will own forecasting, planning and performance analytics, building tools that directly shape market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end supply forecasting and seasonal planning to ensure the market is resourced ahead of demand.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Looker/Tableau, SQL, Python and Apps Script for daily operations.
• Manage performance across supply and partner KPIs such as delivery time and prep time, diagnosing root causes and proposing fixes.
• Drive budget efficiency by analysing courier pay and operational spend and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Design, launch and measure experiments and improvement initiatives, translating open‑ended business questions into structured analysis.
• Partner with the Supply Lead on fleet quality, engagement and risk topics, aligning data‑driven insights with on‑ground strategy.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Commercial, Quick Commerce, Real‑Time Operations and Global Ops to keep local execution aligned with the broader business.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SQL and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, having built dashboards used by whole teams.
• Strong curiosity for data and ability to own KPIs from definition to monitoring.
• Solid understanding of operational or marketplace dynamics in supply, logistics or delivery performance.
• Proven ability to turn vague business questions into clear analytical plans and communicate results to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with Python and/or Google Apps Script to automate recurring analysis or reporting.
• Track record of owning projects from scoping to impact measurement with minimal supervision.
• Comfort using AI tools responsibly to accelerate work.
• Fluent in Georgian and English.
