Mid-level QA Engineer – CRM Automation

About the role

Emerging Travel Group is looking for a Mid-level QA Engineer to ensure the reliability of its internal CRM platform used by customer support and business teams. You will blend manual testing with Python‑based automation to validate complex business logic and integrations such as HubSpot, voice bots, telephony, email and AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test cases covering core CRM workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Python using the existing framework.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and system analysts to clarify requirements and defects.
• Perform API testing and verify data consistency across integrated services.

Required profile

• Solid experience in manual testing and test design.
• Experience with test automation; willingness to work with Python during the probation period.
• Understanding of REST architecture and hands‑on API testing.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and a flexible, growth‑oriented mindset.
