Atlassian Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an Atlassian Administrator to support our datacenter application suite, maintain the testing instance and help business users automate their processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and administer Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Jira Service Desk.
• Design and manage Jira workflows, automation rules, integrations and add‑ons to meet team needs.
• Collaborate with development, Linux and other technical teams to resolve platform issues.
• Provide training and onboarding for employees on Jira and Confluence functionalities.
• Coordinate issue resolution with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian Premier Support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Atlassian products.
• Upper‑intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Required skills

• Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk administration.
• JQL, Jira Cloud, Jira Automation and ScriptRunner.
• Experience with REST APIs, performance tuning and Data Center or Cloud migrations.
