About the role

The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room delivers high-quality nursing care as part of a collaborative patient-care team. The role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs while acting as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, contributing to care plans and promoting positive outcomes.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license and required certifications such as BLS and ACLS, with multi-state licensure when applicable.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to professional development, patient safety, and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
