About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high‑quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team, acting as a liaison between patients, families, and providers. This position focuses on medical‑surgical patients during day shifts.

Key responsibilities

Monitor patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver treatments, and document assessments and interventions.
Address patient and family concerns, provide health education, and promote patient‑centered care to enhance satisfaction.
Contribute to process improvements, support organizational initiatives, and aim for better outcomes.
Maintain licensure, pursue growth opportunities, mentor colleagues, and uphold professionalism and integrity.

Required profile

Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current RN license (single‑state or multi‑state Compact).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to continuous learning.
