Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Full-Time, Days)

About the role

This full‑time, day‑shift position is for an experienced Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse who will join a multi‑campus care team dedicated to patient‑centered, evidence‑based care. The RN will manage the entire nursing process, from assessment through evaluation, while building strong connections with patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence‑based nursing care in line with current best practices.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and staff engagement.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared‑governance initiatives.
• Lead the application of evidence‑based practices and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Plan proactively across patient‑care pathways and help shape protocols to enhance patient experiences.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single or multi‑state) with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of recent Med‑Surg experience.
• Proficiency with computer data entry and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (a plus).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical abilities; calm under pressure.
