Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our critical care unit on the night shift. In this role you will work closely with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Monitor patient conditions, deliver timely interventions, and document all assessments accurately.
• Act as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Mentor and support the growth of fellow nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and stay current with best practices.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and contribute to shared governance.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑care abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate effectively, and support performance improvement.

Required skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
