About the role

The Practice Enhancement Attorney will join the Client Solutions and Innovation Group to embed artificial intelligence into the firm’s litigation practice groups. This position blends substantive litigation expertise with a passion for technology‑driven transformation, aiming to improve efficiency, consistency, and client value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI tools into litigation workflows across multiple practice groups.
• Evaluate existing legal processes and recommend AI‑enabled improvements.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure scalable and responsible adoption of technology.
• Collaborate with attorneys, technologists, and clients to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
• Shape the firm’s strategic direction for legal service delivery through innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of substantive litigation and trial experience.
• Self‑directed professional with a genuine desire to reshape how legal work is performed.
• Strong interest or prior exposure to AI applications within the legal sector.
• Experience evaluating processes and managing change initiatives.
