Senior Lawyer – Dispute Resolution & General Practice

About the role

REVERA is expanding its team in Georgia and seeks an experienced lawyer to join the General Practice team. The role focuses on dispute resolution and litigation while covering a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will manage complex cases independently and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead court proceedings, disputes and develop litigation strategy.
• Handle commercial and contractual matters, including drafting agreements and legal opinions.
• Prepare claims, procedural documents and provide complex legal research.
• Manage corporate and regulatory issues, working with public authorities and regulators.
• Support cross‑border projects in collaboration with REVERA teams in other jurisdictions.
• Address tax‑related matters and tax disputes where relevant.

Required profile

• Law degree with strong knowledge of Georgian law and court procedures.
• Solid practical experience in litigation and dispute resolution, ideally 5+ years.
• Ability to independently manage cases and client projects.
• Strong drafting, analytical and research skills with a business‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in Georgian and proficient in English and Russian.
• Confident in direct client communication and proactive in work responsibilities.
