About the role

Join PwC’s Legal Practice in Tbilisi for a six‑month paid internship. You will work alongside experienced Associates and Senior Associates, gaining hands‑on exposure to corporate law, commercial transactions, and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Associates and Senior Associates with ongoing client matters.
  • Support corporate law, commercial transaction, and litigation work.
  • Contribute to daily client projects and team activities.
  • Help prepare legal documents, conduct research, and draft communications.

Required profile

  • Recent law school graduate or final‑year law student.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
