Onboarding Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide doctors and other healthcare professionals through a smooth entry into U.S. healthcare organizations. Working remotely from the Republic of Georgia, you will ensure that every new hire feels supported from the moment an offer is accepted.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for doctors joining U.S. healthcare partners.
• Manage documentation, card issuance, and internal forms for new hires.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure a seamless transition experience.
• Collaborate with HR, recruitment and operations teams to improve onboarding workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English at B2+ level with clear, professional communication.
• Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or recruitment roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Solution‑focused, supportive attitude when assisting new hires.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
