Senior Recruiter – Remote, Private Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a private family office. This fully remote position works within a small, high‑performing team and focuses on sourcing talent for household staff, lifestyle roles, finance, and legal consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from intake to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source and map candidates across private household, finance, and legal sectors.
• Maintain confidential communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and role requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define briefs and interview processes.
• Track pipeline health, flag risks, and negotiate offers.
• Ensure candidate and role data remain accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written.
• Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus.
• Strong judgment handling confidential information.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple open roles.
• Self‑directed and comfortable working remotely in a small team.
