Network Ambassador – B2B Partnerships

About the role

Voya Magazine is seeking a proactive Network Ambassador to expand its B2B partner ecosystem. You will identify, engage, and convert hospitality and related businesses into long‑term collaborators, helping travelers experience cities more authentically.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target strategic partners across hospitality, tourism, and local business sectors.
• Build and maintain a curated database of potential B2B partners.
• Reach decision‑makers such as General Managers, Marketing Managers, and founders via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in‑person networking.
• Understand partner needs and articulate Voya’s value proposition through demos and presentations.
• Negotiate terms, close partnership agreements, and move opportunities through HubSpot CRM stages.
• Support onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management for new partners.
• Gather feedback from existing partners to identify deeper collaboration opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong B2B communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Disciplined follow‑up and ability to meet clear monthly targets.
• Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
