About the role

The Premium Retail Banking division of the Bank of Georgia is seeking an experienced leader to head its Alternative Sales Service function. You will be responsible for shaping the department’s structure, driving sales performance, and ensuring strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve department structures and business processes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Create sales plans, set performance indicators and monitor their achievement.
• Analyse sales results, prepare regular reports and present findings to senior management.
• Manage the department budget and forecast personnel expenses.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and partners, focusing on client satisfaction.
• Expand the partner network and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor the competitive market and evaluate sales trends.
• Optimize sales processes and enhance technological tools used by the team.
• Lead, motivate, develop and evaluate the sales team.
• Collaborate with other organizational units to implement the sales strategy effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation and result‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify and manage risks and adapt quickly to change.
• Proficiency in English.
