Mid-level Recruiter – Full-cycle Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a confident, independent recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle across a wide range of functions, from product and engineering to finance and operations. You will partner with hiring managers, source passive talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview to offer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Define candidate profiles and hiring strategies with hiring managers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct recruiter interviews, evaluate motivation, experience and fit.
• Maintain strong candidate experience throughout interviews and offers.
• Present qualified candidates and provide clear feedback to hiring managers.
• Track hiring metrics, maintain accurate data in the ATS and continuously improve sourcing processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or with product/technology companies.
• Proven ability to source and hire for diverse functions and manage several openings at once.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to challenge hiring requirements when needed.
• Data‑driven mindset with basic understanding of recruitment metrics.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
