MEP Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our international development team. You will be responsible for coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of high‑end residential and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP system projects covering HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting and electrical installations.
• Review and evaluate technical design documentation and develop MEP concepts.
• Plan, monitor and control project activities, schedules and progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and lead technical meetings.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, specifications and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and international standards.
• Produce project progress and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the MEP field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Revit MEP (advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
